3 IN parer is used to clean and pare fruits and vegetables. 7 IN Santoku is used to slice, dice and mince delicate foods. Lifetime guarantee. The blade is manufactured from high-carbon quality stainless steel to resist stains, rust, and pitting. It also helps to retain the edge longer. Hollow oval indents provide airgaps allowing food to release easily from the blade. The stainless steel blade features our exclusive Taper Grind edge that stays sharper, longer and is easy to resharpen. Full tang stainless steel blade extends through the end of the handle for strength and balance. Triple compression brass rivets hold the handle securely to the blade. Solid walnut handles provide elegance and a safe comfortable grip for precision cutting.
